Wegovy®

Indication
Wegovy (semaglutide) is an FDA-approved injectable prescription medicine for weight management. It is used with a reduced calorie diet and increased physical activity to reduce the risk of major cardiovascular events such as death, heart attack, or stroke in adults with known heart disease and with either obesity or overweight. Wegovy that may help adults and children aged 12 years and older with obesity, or some adults with overweight who also have weight-related medical problems, to help them lose excess body weight and keep the weight off.
Do not use Wegovy if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or if you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).
Wegovy can cause serious side effects, including:
Possible thyroid tumors, including cancer.
Inflammation of your pancreas (pancreatitis).
Gallbladder problems. Wegovy may cause gallbladder problems, including gallstones. Some gallstones may need surgery.
Kidney problems (kidney failure).
Serious allergic reactions. Stop using Wegovy and get medical help right away, if you have any Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction, including swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat; problems breathing or swallowing; severe rash or itching; fainting or feeling dizzy; or very rapid heartbeat
change in vision in people with type 2 diabetes.
Increased heart rate.
Depression or thoughts of suicide.
The most common side effects of Wegovy may include:
Nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdomen) pain, headache, tiredness (fatigue), upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, low blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes, gas, stomach flu, heartburn, and runny nose or sore throat.

Ozempic®

Indication
Ozempic (semaglutide) is an FDA-approved medication primarily for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.
Do not use Ozempic if you or any of your family have ever had MTC or if you have MEN 2, or you are allergic to semaglutide or any of the ingredients in Ozempic.
Ozempic may cause serious side effects, including:
Possible thyroid tumors, including cancer.
Inflammation of your pancreas (pancreatitis).
Changes in vision.
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
Kidney problems (kidney failure).
Serious allergic reactions.
Gallbladder problems.
The most common side effects of Ozempic may include:
nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, stomach (abdominal) pain, and constipation.

Zepbound®

Indication
Zepbound is an FDA approved injectable prescription medicine for weight management. It may help adults with obesity, or with excess weight (overweight) who also have weight-related medical problems, lose weight and keep it off. It should be used with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
Zepbound contains tirzepatide and should not be used with other tirzepatide-containing products or any GLP-1 receptor agonist medicines.

Do not use Zepbound if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), or if you have had a serious allergic reaction to tirzepatide or any of the ingredients in Zepbound.
ZepBound may cause serious side effects, including:
Severe stomach problems.
Kidney problems (kidney failure).
Gallbladder problems.
Inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis).
Serious allergic reactions.
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
Changes in vision in patients with type 2 diabetes.
Depression or thoughts of suicide.
The most common side effects of Zepbound include:
nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdominal) pain, indigestion, injection site reactions, feeling tired, allergic reactions, belching, hair loss, and heartburn. These are not all the possible side effects of Zepbound. Talk to your healthcare provider about any side effect that bothers you or doesn’t go away.

Mounjaro®

Indication
Mounjaro is an FDA-approved medication primarily for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It is an injectable medicine used along with diet and exercise to improve blood sugar (glucose).

Do not use Mounjaro if you or any of your family have ever had a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2), or if you are allergic to it or any of the ingredients in Mounjaro.
Mounjaro may cause serious side effects, including:
Inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis).
Low blood sugar (hypoglycemia).
Serious allergic reactions.
Kidney problems (kidney failure).
Severe stomach problems.
Changes in vision.
Gallbladder problems.
The most common side effects of Mounjaro include:
nausea, diarrhea, decreased appetite, vomiting, constipation, indigestion, and stomach (abdominal) pain. These are not all the possible side effects of Mounjaro. Talk to your healthcare provider about any side effect that bothers you or doesn’t go away.

Contrave®

Indication
Contrave is an FDA-approved medication for weight management in adults.

Do not take Contrave if you have uncontrolled high blood pressure; have or have had seizures; use other medicines that contain bupropion such as Wellbutrin, Wellbutrin SR, Wellbutrin XL, Aplenzin, and Zyban; have or have had an eating disorder called anorexia or bulimia; are dependent on opioid pain medicines or use medicines to help stop taking opioids, or are in opiate withdrawal; drink a lot of alcohol and abruptly stop drinking, or use medicines called sedatives (these make you sleepy), benzodiazepines, or anti‐seizure medicines and stop using them all of a sudden; are taking or have taken medicines called monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) in the past 14 days; or are allergic to any of the ingredients in Contrave.
Contrave can cause serious side effects including:
Suicidal thoughts or actions.
Seizures.
Risk of opioid overdose.
Sudden opioid withdrawal.
Severe allergic reactions.
Increases in blood pressure or heart rate.
Liver damage or hepatitis.
Manic episodes.
Visual problems (angle-closure glaucoma).
Increased risk of low blood sugar in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus who also take medicines to treat their diabetes (such as insulin or sulfonylureas).
The most common side effects of Contrave include:
nausea, constipation, headache, vomiting, dizziness, trouble sleeping, dry mouth, and diarrhea. These are not all of the possible side effects of Contrave.
