No. All MRIs are radiation-free.
If you opt for the Forward Advanced Blood Diagnostic, please fast for 8 hours before your visit. You can drink water, tea or black coffee before your visit. We will have water and a snack ready for you when you finish.
If you opt for the Advanced Blood + MRI Diagnostic, you can eat and drink the day of your visit.
Your medical history, which includes your current and past medical conditions, medications, drug allergies, and surgeries, helps provide context into your overall health. Forward uses your medical history along with your lab results, vitals and other health data to provide the most personalized care possible for you.
The more accurately you can answer, the better care we can provide to you. This is why it is important that you are honest and answer the questions to the best of your ability.
Yes. You will review the results of your diagnostic visit with a Forward doctor after all of the results have been analyzed. As soon as you’re finished with your visit, we will work with you to schedule your consultation.
Yes. Forward can provide referrals to top specialists and we can work with your insurance (if you have health insurance) to find in-network providers.
Not at this time. Preventative MRI scans are not yet covered by insurers.
Eligible HSA and FSA plans may be used to pay for this offering. Ultimately, it's up to your FSA or HSA provider to determine whether Forward's Advanced Blood Diagnostic can be paid with your FSA/HSA funds. We're happy to provide documentation for you to submit to your FSA or HSA provider.
Forward has tailored our diagnostic assessments to proactively screen adults aged 18 and older for early signs of cancer and disease. Utilizing MRI technology and extensive bloodwork, we offer a comprehensive and swift examination of your major organs and biomarkers to detect diseases, assess blood component levels, monitor risk factors for heart disease, evaluate nutritional status, screen for and monitor cancer, and check for immune system disorders.
Regarding MRI scan appointments:
No refund will be provided if you cancel your scan appointment(s), do not attend your appointment, or are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment without notifying Ezra 72 hours in advance.
You may reschedule your scan up to 24 hours before your scan appointment at no additional charge.
