Century City is Forward’s first location in Southern California, serving the area since its opening in 2017. Our doctors have helped thousands of our members in the area take control of their health with a focus on preventive, primary care and health programs centered around topics like heart disease, mental health, and cancer prevention.
We're located in the Westfield Century City Mall on the side closest to Constellation Boulevard. Plenty of parking is available in the Westfield parking garage - the P1 level is just a quick escalator ride away.

Kira did medical school and residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. Her residency was in Internal Medicine with a special focus on Primary Care.
Kira believes in a whole-person approach to medical care and wants to empower people to take the reins in their own journeys toward wellness. She has a special interest in mental health, sports medicine, and nutritional health.
Despite incredible medical advances in the past several decades, the infrastructure of medicine remains mired in the past, and it is costing people their health and well-being. I joined Forward because I want to be a part of the team that brings the practice of medicine and primary care into the future.
Prior to joining Forward, I practiced as a primary care clinician and resident preceptor at the Mount Sinai Hospital. Much of my practice and teaching was focused on health equity, women's and LGBTQIA health, and cancer prevention.
My particular interests in medicine surround health inequity and working to understand and close disparate care gaps, improving access to care, reproductive health, and gun violence prevention.
I believe that Forward is truly a primary care model of the future and aligns with my goals in medicine -improved access to care and a stringent focus on preventive and personalized approaches to health.
