Forward Dallas opened in winter 2022. Our doctors are excited to serve the local community with technology-enabled preventive, long-term care. We offer a wide array of health programs centered on topics like heart disease, mental health, and cancer prevention.

Forward at West Village

We are located at 3699 McKinney ave, suite #103. We are across from Starbucks and a few doors to the right of the Violet Crown movie theater and Van Leeuwen ice cream shop. There is free street parking throughout the mall and you can stay for up to 1 hour. There is also a parking garage with various entrances.

Prior to joining Forward, Christopher practiced family medicine at Swedish in Seattle, WA.

Christopher aims to partner with individuals to form preventive and chronic disease management strategies that are meaningful, practical, and effective. He has particular interests in mental health, men's and LGBTQ wellness, and in eliminating racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare access.
